A few years ago I was studying in an Energy Healing Center in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The Course was a 6-weeks intensive with 5 out 7 days with 8 hours of theory and practice. I rented a small bungalow house a few kilometers away. One day the teacher wanted to speak about something she has had prepared us for. A little at least. She always said: „you are not ready yet“. Well, on that day, apparently, we were ready to speak about it: Urine therapy (UT).
In my passion for healing I just tried it, I just jumped into it and that’s what I encourage everybody to do. Try for yourself and see what it does to you, be curious! CAUTION: For you to use UT it is essential that you haven’t eaten meat for at least 1 week! Very important otherwise your pee is going to be toxic. HOW TO: You can use the first urine in the morning and you collect it from the middle streak. Wait at least 5 seconds, collect until you have enough and/or you feel that in 5 seconds you are done. In the beginning you can start by putting it slightly on the inside of your upper legs. Urine doesn’t stink when it is applied on the skin! Only when it gets on your clothes, you can smell it. The skin is super thirsty for your urine and is going to absorb in no time! I felt refreshed and activated and I am curious how you will feel. Get comfortable with your own urine and do not overdo it. This is larger than you might have thought. It is about a connection to yourself. Normally, we pee and shit and feel that we are releasing waste that we do not like and that smells and we are ashamed and stuff. This is a game changer! This is a new connection to a part of ourselves that we have neglected completely. We always use it: „asshole!“ As if it were the personified hell on earth. But(t) it’s very important and it yearns for your love just as any other part. Maybe you feel the desire to put your pee on more of your skin to activate it and maybe you want to take a sip from it and see how it tastes. Everybody had a good laugh when I told in the group that I have tried to drink it already. It’s a game with shame. We believe that pee is not for drinking and it is disgusting but actually people who have tried it for medical purposes stated that after a while the taste changes and I felt that this is true. I also drank more water within the day. If I do not drink enough water, the pee tastes like argh! But if I drink enough, then I sip and it’s a valuable medicine in morning which is a perfect agent against all kinds of fungi and inflammations. What happened after using UT on myself?
In the end I really feel more connected to myself and I always feel that it increases my vibration. When I do it in the morning, I feel super charged! And it makes sense because the water got processed in our body which is an energetic factory. You put something in and you get something out. Maybe we get out liquid gold and thought it is waste? I rested on the couch instead of going to bed. I like to rest and observe my body. Then, suddenly, my kidney meridian opened. blub blub blub.. like knots they unwind and the energy was shooting up to the kidneys where I started to concentrate my attention on. I kind of live for these moments where stagnations an d blockages are resolved and the energy flow is re-established. It's like a damm that has been build and the river couldn't flow anymore. What a relief when the water is nourishing the river again! I wondered why it opened.. I thought okay.. the positive emotions of the water element where the kidney meridian belongs to are silence, peace and gentleness. I focused more on that recently and also the water element is the time of winter and conservation. It was not like "oh yes.. that the explanation!" But after a while I felt a new sensation: An opening in one of my heels. I remembered: "OOOOOHHH... I started to stamp my heels!" And for sure it's all of the factors: aligning with the natural cycles and resting more in silence and tranquility. Drinking lots of water and reducing stress. Stamping my heels and also less masturbation. In our times we are depleting our kidneys completely through over sexualization and too much stress. Especially for men it's an important issue.. When we ejaculate we loose a lot of energy and afterwards all of our body is giving to make new semen that contains all the information necessary for reproducing a little you. When the testicles are out of energy, then they borrow from the kidney. They store a special energy, our essence that cannot be made by ourselves. We are born with a specific amount and therefore it is important to protect it.
Words are an accumulation of symbols that we agreed on. They are pointing to something in order for us to understand what the other being is referring to. It is mathematics. We analyze it and everything is determined. We see numeric value in each letter whereas we could also see beautiful art of curves and lines.
Anyway.. where I actually want to point to is that I love to explore words from different angles. I have done it with a tons of words and now as I am setting up the page, my mind automatically reminded me to explore the obvious. Let's look at the word: to heal. There is another one that sounds exactly the same: the heel. Is there a connection between those two? I believe so because when I was in China to learn Martial Arts in a Shaolin Academy, my teacher claimed: "In Traditional Chinese Medicine it is said that stamping your heels powerfully on the floor 20 times every day will cure any disease." It is really powerful because we are always on our feet and if our feet is sick, all of our body is sick. It has tons of nerves and all organs are connected to it. That's why there is the feet reflexology massage where you can stimulate different organs by pressing different areas of your feet. Try it! You do not need to know where the points are. Just explore your feet and where it hurts, you press. Then you release. Massage around. Spread your toes. Press on the sides. Get to know your feet. The tendons, the muscles, the bones and nails. I personally love it. Grandmaster Mantak Chia recommended us to do warm feet baths before we are going to sleep and I also saw it in a spiritual center. Some hot water and some sea salt, a small prayer to remove negative energy, maybe even some herbs or an essential oil. It's nice and you can relax for 10 minutes in it. Also I remember the "stamping the heel" from a famous meditation. It's called OSHO Dynamic meditation and it is really powerful! I encourage you to try it. Doing it for a week and see what it does to you. Or even once and you feel like a new person. We can look at our shoes and how they infect our overall structure. We are separated from the earth and do not connect to the ground properly. We actually need that so that negative particles can go back to the earth and leave us with positive charge. This is a big topic and once again, the words themselves show us the way. I am grateful. The only thing you have to do, is to move out of the way. It means basically that healing happens if we get into a deep state of relaxation. When you look on the image you see different bodies and we are merely identified with the first 3 ones: physical, emotional and mental. Here is also where our traumatic experiences and our conditioning are stored.
For this exercise you need to lay down and get rid of all that may distract you. If you haven't, create a space for yourself where you can deeply relax. You may start this exercise before you go to bed, to train your abilities to focus on your different body parts. In the beginning I only did it with my hands. Then I added my feet and a few years later, I got to know that it is actually a yogic practice. That was a surprise and a big revelation. The first time I did the practice from a yoga book it lasted over an hour. An amazing experience! Beginner You lay down. You close your eyes. Then you say mentally: "I now feel my right thumb". Focus, Wait until you can feel it. Then, you move to the Index Finger. Feel it. The tip of it is the most sensitive part and the easiest to feel a small tickling. That's what you want to get. Then the middle finger. In the beginning go through your fingers several times. Feel the back and the front of your hand. Feel the whole hand. Then do the same with the left hand. Advanced Now you have connected the mental body with the energetic body. You have improved your self-awareness and you activated your siddhis (supernatural powers). You are entering the realms of energy. WOHO! Do it like in the first exercise. Then you go through your whole right arm, your elbow, your upper arm, your shoulder, your arm pit, your right corpus, your right hip, your right leg, your knee, shinbone, ankle, heel, feet and then toes. Then you do the same with the left side. Then you feel your buttox and the connection to your lower back. Go up on the right side, on the left side. Feel your shoulder blades and between them. Start feeling your coccyx and move up your spine up to your head. Feel the back of your head, the top and then your forehead. Feel your right temple, then your left. Your right eyebrow and then your left and then the center between (sometimes referred to as gate to heaven and also if you have headache you can focus there for 5 minutes to release mental stagnation). You then feel your right eye lid, left, right eye, left one, right ear, left ear, nose (front, back left, right, all you can imagine), your lips, right cheek, left cheek, chin (especially the front - emotional trigger point!), then you go down your neck to your chest, right, left, middle stomach right, left, middle, belly button (I love this one), lower stomach (lower Dan Tien, Main Energy Center), intimate area, right left, genitals, perineum, anus. Professional Do the same and afterwards feel your right leg (with knee, ankle, toes). Short Pause. Feel your whole left leg. Pause. Feel your legs. Feel your right arm (with elbow, fingers etc). Short Pause. Feel your left arm. Short Pause. Feel your arms simultaneously. Feel your butt, your back, spine and head simultaneously. Short Pause. Feel everything at once. Focus on your breath and count from 54 to 0. Each inhale and exhale one count. Originally, if you loose track of counting, start all over again. In the beginning I was not so strict to myself to keep the motivation up. Let me know how it went and please, please, please enjoy! Be playful, try something new, even in manuals like that!
