Fasting from Light >> the Dark Knight

More than 10 days me and a group of people retreat into complete darkness. We are following a diet with a soup, a light lunch and some fruits and seeds in order to focus ourselves on meditating and observing the processes of melatonin overproduction. Read more below ...

Everything that Mantak Chia, a grandmaster from "the School of the Dragon Gate" teaches, is leading into the Darkness. It is the opposite of the Martial Arts training I am writing about.

In the Darkness are different processes happening which will activate the conductivity within the brain. Normally, on daytime the body produces Serotonin and changes to produce Melatonin for recovery in the night. After a few days and nights in the darkness the brain has been flashed by melatonin and is starting to produce pinoline, a special hormone that is enhancing the ability of the pineal gland to attract cosmic particles. The pressure on the crystals is increasing and a special vibration is created. It is an uncommon feeling but enables the individual human being to see spiritually and to start the spritiual warrior path. After that, between 7 and 9 days, the DMT phase (10-12d) is prepared by producing 5MeO-DMT. In these days we are becoming aware of our own nervous system and the cortical brain activity is increasing by around 40%(!). Waking consciousness and dream consciousness start to merge and lucid dreaming because more and more possible. Then, in the DMT stage we are able to witness cosmic vision of infrared light and violet light. The master says you can see in the dark and even touch other people. Scary if I see and you don't or the other way round - but great for helloween! Also, you can achieve a whole-body-conductivity and I suppose that's what's meant when they say "your soul is conceived". 

I am super excited to go into the darkness tomorrow and what will reveal and happen in the 12 days without any light!
