I went out of the dark and was like OMG! The world around me appeared so so beautiful. The colours were clear - i like! My vision improved so so much and it is like watching 4k HD ...  

In the darkness I met a Dragon and understood a little bit more of the war between the light and the darkness:

YOU ARE TOO BRIGHT! ----- YOU ARE TOO DARK!

It's like we create frames that are only for a few. They are not for everyone. Each culture has a different approach to life and the opportunity for us is to find a way to combine them. 

THe institute of future has analyzed global trends and has published a road map to better understand the mechanics. 
Two main trends are #individualism (light green) and #globalism (dark blue). 

One the one way we are heading to a globalised world with intersections to #new-work, #gender-shift, #mobility, #urbs and #neo-ecology. 

Globalisation is pushing gender equality and is leading to a seperation of man and woman. Individuality is needed as an essential skill-set to understand the roles of a man and a woman. At the same time each individual is embedded into groups: may it be your brotherhood, the whole country or the Global Community. We act in a different way and therefore need the skill of adaption to new environments. Which all cultures have in common is emotions and they work the same (in comparison u tu cultures who have different rules) and that's why emotional intelligence is one of the main skills you should invest in!
>> the rules how emotions work are the same >> you can learn them! instead of getting to know all cultures or you first learn the rules of emotions and then travel the world and are an living example of emotional health to all cultures. You become an ambassador just by being yourself and living your life! 

It's a demanding task and I want to encourage you to have a look at the global construction areas and working opportunities. Because the Map is in German, I will work for you as an inofficial deputy of the future institute and explain the dynamics.
