to laugh and to love sounds almost the same, doesn't it? 

It shows that there is a strong connection between them. 

The interesting thing for me is that laughing is more open than loving, at least in the first place. Its easier to laugh with many people than to love them, from my perspective. 

Laughing activates all of the body and we cannot get enough of it. But when I go through the world, I dont see examples of people truely loving. Maybe love is just the bored laughing sound of two who used to have a lot of fun. They fell asleep and the concept of "love" arose. 

This brings me to the idea of creation that states from the bible that first there was the word. Probably we should get rid of some. what about..

asshole (as in insult nothing bad about it)
what does bitch actually mean?
I mean.. we are our feelings and not the words but words have power over us and ourselves. we are great in insulting and influencing others negatively with words but isnt it fascinating how our brain and body is affected by the right emotional words. 

Imagine you are sad and someone says to you: "I see that you are sad, do you need any help?" 
Imagine you are upset and someone says in a compassionate way: "I see that you are angry"

it's okay to have feelings and to name them is "Balsam für die Seele" >> medicine for the sole 

we can regulate our brain by naming the emotion that we are experiencing and it's not only bad feelings, it's positive ones too! Therefore, we need a emotional hygiene and knowledge to become balanced human beings instead of overly emotional polluting the world with unconscious behaviour. 

Surely, it's not enough to learn plain words, but it is the beginning of the road to emotional maturity that is based on 4 pillars that I will explain later.
